Structure:

Every tense or every structure has Structure because Structure is very important for making a sentence with the help of Structure you can make a correct sentence. In this Structure the first one is (SUBJECT) (Subject the action performer the person or people who performs the action) And The second one is (VERB) (Verb is an Action that work which shows Action). And the 3rd one is (OBJECT) (Object is that the one that is being worked on).

Subject + Had been + Verb ((ING Form) + Object + since/for + Time. (P)

Subject + Had been + Verb ((ING Form) + Object.+ since/for + Time(N)

Had + Subject + been + Verb ((ING Form) + Object + since/for + Time? (I)

Had been:

Had been is the helping verbs of Past Perfect continuous. It will be helpful for you to make positive, Negative and Interrogative sentences. When you will say any sentence and you will add Had been and Verb's ING form on that sentence so it will show that you are talking about that action which Had been continue in past for along time.

 Since/For:

Since/For we use these two words for showing the time For Ex: You are doing something for long period of time so you will add since/for on that sentence Now the question is where do we use since and where do we use For:

Since: Since we use for showing that time that can not be changed LIKE: If I say that. He had been watching T.V since 1  O'clock Now as long as He had been watching T.V But 1 o'clock will not be changed because From when had he been watching T.V.

For: For we use for showing that time that can be changed LIKE: If I say that He has been watching T.V for 2 hours Now if He will keep watching T.V 1 more hour so the time will be changed How because first of all we said that He has been watching T.V for 2 hours  Now if He will keep watching T.V 1 more hour so we will say that He has been watching T.V for 3 hours look the time has changed in first sentence we said 2 hours and now we are saying 3 hours so For we use for showing the time that can be changed.

Important Note About Verb (ing form):

You can see in structure that After Had been we put verb's ing form. Every continues Tense we put verb's ing form. What is Verb's ing form. there are 3 form of verb 1st form, 2nd form, 3rd form.
