Verb Definition:

What is verb? A word which is used to describe an action In the simple words What the verb is? The word which shows an Action. Verbs are the action words in a sentence that describe what the subject is doing. Along with nouns, verbs are the main part of a sentence or phrase, telling a story about what is taking place. In fact, without a verb, full thoughts can’t be properly conveyed, and even the simplest sentences,

1 Action Verb:

Action Verb is that Verb which shows just action. FOR EXAMPLE. Drink, Walk, Run, Look.


2 Phrasal Verb:

Phrasal Verb is that verb Which is made by combining a verb and a preposition to form a new verb that is called phrasal verb. FOR EXAMPLE. Shut up, Call of, Take off, Look after.


3 Regular Verb:  

Regular and Irregular are connected but there is a difference between them. Regular verb is that verb whose 2nd and 3rd form can be made by adding (ed) After verb. FOR EXAMPLE: Look = Looked, Cook = Cooked, Walk = Walked


4 Irregular Verb:

Regular and Irregular are connected but there is a difference between them. Irregular Verb is that verb whose 2nd and 3rd form can not be made by adding (ed) After Verb. FOR EXAMPLE. Go = went, See = saw, Buy = bought.


5 Transitive Verb: 

Transitive verb and intransitive verb are connected but there is a difference between them.

Transitive Verb is that Verb which carries Object directly after itself FOR EXAMPLE. Eat, Learn, Teach.


6 Intransitive Verb:

Transitive verb and intransitive verb are connected but there is a difference between them. Intransitive verb is that verb which does not carry Object directly after itself. FOR EXAMPLE. Go, Come, Punch.


7 Helping Verb:

Helping verb is that verb which helps a sentence to make it negative and interrogative with the help of helping verb you can make negative and interrogative easily. FOR EXAMPLE. Do, Did, Done.


8 Auxiliary Verb:

Auxiliary Verb is that verb which shows state and occurrence is called Auxiliary verb. FOR EXAMPLE. Have. Love, Be verb.


 9 Finite Verb: 

Finite verb and infinite verb are connected but there is a difference between them. Finite verb is that verb which is necessary for the grammatical complition of the sentence. FOR EXAMPLE. If I say that we speak (Finite) English Language to improve. (Infinite) 


10 Infinite Verb:  

Finite verb and infinite verb are connected but there is a difference between them. Infinite verb is that verb which is necessary for the grammatical complition of the sentence. FOR EXAMPLE. If I say that we speak (Finite) English Language to improve. (Infinite) 


11 Model Verb:

Model verb and semi model verb are connected but there is a difference between them. Model is that verb which makes it negative and interrogative itself, It does not require any helping verb.It carries verbs fresh form after itself . FOR EXAMPLE. Can, Could, Would, Will.


12 Semi model verbs:
