Present Perfect: 

What is Present Perfect? Present Perfect is one of the 12 kinds of tenses.



There are 12 kinds of tenses:


1= Present Indefinite.

2= Past Indefinite.

3= Future Indefinite.

4= Present Continuous.

5= Past Continuous.

6= Future Continuous.

7=  Present Perfect.

8= Past Perfect.

9= Future Perfect.

10= Present Perfect Continuous.

11= Past Perfect Continuous.

12= Future Perfect Continuous.



Use of Present Perfect: 

We use Present Perfect When any action is recently done. It means that when we want to talk about that action which is recently done.



Structure:


Every tense or every structure has Structure because Structure is very important for making a sentence with the help of Structure you can make a correct sentence. In this Structure the first one is (SUBJECT) (Subject the action performer the person or people who performs the action) And The second one is (VERB) (Verb is an Action that work which shows Action). And the 3rd one is (OBJECT) (Object is that the one that is being worked on).


Subject + Have/Has + Verb ((3rd Form) + Object.               (Positive)

Subject + Have/Has + not + Verb ((3rd form) + Object.     (Negative)

Have/Has + Subject + Verb ((3rd Form) + Object?         (Interrogative)



Have/Has:

Have/Has is the helping verbs of Present Perfect. It will be helpful for you to make positive, Negative and Interrogative sentences. Now the question is that where we use (Have) and where(Has).


Have: I, We, You, They

Has: He, She, It.



Important Note About (3rd form):

You can see in structure that After Have/Has we put verb's 3rd form. Every Perfect Tense we put verb's 3rd form. What is Verb's 3rd form. there are 3 form of verb 1st form, 2nd form, 3rd form. But in any perfect tense we have to put verb's 3rd form.LIKE; 

1= Run                       2= Ran                       3= Run

1= Talk                       2= Talked                 3= Talked

1= Said                       2= Said                      3= Said

1= Look                      2= Looked                3= Looked

1= Give                       2= Gave                     3= Given  

  


Example:


1= I have spoken.                              

(We use positive sentence to talk about simple)


 I have not spoken.                       

(We use negative when we denying something)

  

Have I spoken?                     

(We use interrogative for asking about something)


2= She has seen him.                      
 

(We use positive sentence to talk about simple)


 She has not seen him.                

(We use negative when we denying something)


Has she seen him?               

(We use interrogative for asking about something)


3= You have said once.
                   

(We use positive sentence to talk about simple)


You have not said once.            

(We use negative when we denying something)

      

Have you said once?          

(We use interrogative for asking about something)


4= He has watched T.V.
                  

(We use positive sentence to talk about simple)

      

He has not watched T.V.           

(We use negative when we denying something)

      

Has he watched T.V?         

(We use interrogative for asking about something)


5= We have done our job.
             

(We use positive sentence to talk about simple)

      

We have not done our job.       

(We use negative when we denying something)

      

Have we done our job?      

(We use interrogative for asking about something)
